J.Momo’s gnocchi and chicche are a traditionally widespread pasta throughout Italy with some small variations from region to region, sometimes from area to area. Gnocchi and chicche are produced almost entirely by hand, in fact every single piece is individual. The characteristics that distinguish our gnocchi and chicche, whether they are made from potatoes or flour, is the fact they melt in the mouth and pair perfectly with any type of condiment, be it fish or meat, vegetables or legumes.
