Filejuzzi, the smaller version of Fileja, are the classic Calabrian fusilli. The typical Fileja pasta is produced in the province of Vibo Valentia, and for ten years it has been consumed outside the regional and national borders. A fresh pasta prepared at home and made with a simple mixture of water and flour that is processed by hand.
